What are the lease terms?
Currently, a lease can be from 3 - 15 months. Each lease is based on current availability, and changes come as lease terms are chosen.
What does it cost to move in?
Move-in costs will vary depending on the application process, as each application is looked at individually. New residents will be given a thorough breakdown upon leasing.
Are utilities included in the cost?
No, utilities are not included in the rental cost. They are billed after the resident has moved in. New residents will set up an individual power, and gas account. Water, sewer, and trash will be paid along with rent to the leasing office.
What's your pet policy?
50 lbs. weight limit, with a two-pet maximum in the home. Restricted dog breeds apply.
Do you require apartment renters insurance?
Yes, with a minimum $100,00 liability coverage, and Braxton listed as a 3rd party.
How about your guest policy?
Guests are welcome but must be with the resident while using the recreational facilities. If the guests plan to stay longer than a week, the renter will need a manager's approval.
How do I pay the rent?
We accept personal checks, cashier's checks, money orders, and online rent payments.
How are repairs taken care of, especially in an emergency?
All repairs are done by trained maintenance staff or certified vendors. If an emergency happens after office hours, we will respond within 1 hour.
How secure is the apartment building?
All entrance points are opened with a key fob and a parking garage that is opened with a garage remote.
How often does rent go up? By how much?
Rent will increase at the end of each lease term. It is evaluated approximately 60 days before the current lease expires.
What is the parking situation?
Free street parking along 600 South or a reserved parking stall in our garage for $50.00 a month. Garage parking is optional and can be added at any time.
Are there plans to update the building?
Newly renovated interiors, exteriors renovated approximately 3 years ago.
Is there a penalty for breaking my lease?
60 day written the notice, and a $3,000 settlement fee due at the time of submitting a notice.
