Erik is phenomenal. Heâs the only maintenance guy and works his butt off. He does everything he can to please the residents in a timely matter.

Eric was AMAZING!! Our stove and one of our toilets were broken and Eric took about two hours getting it all fixed. Super friendly and great at what he does!

The management here is amazing! They are so on top of things. They are always kind, understanding, and make working with them such a pleasure. Alexis truly is one of the best property managers I have ever worked with.

Living at the Braxton has been great. The Property Manager Alexis was amazing during my move in and has been since. Eric the Maintenance Supervisor is quick and through with maintenance requests. They both communicate very well. I look forward to living here for years to come.
