I love living here itâs nice and well maintained and the management team has done a truly amazing job making this place safe and taking care of their residents. I also want to give a special shoutout to the maintenance team they are so kind, quick, and efficient. I submitted a maintenance request this morning and it was fixed by the afternoon. Theyâre awesome.

Updated Review: Reduced to three stars (generously) following collections submitted dispute over a $22 fee. Also, forgot to add prior that Braxton used predatory towing enforcement which cost me about 6 hours of my life and $300 dollars, towing my car prior to the move by date, while the staff continued to use the "New Resident" parking at their leisure despite having a multi story garage with plenty of open parking, or street level. Lived at Braxton for 2.5 years. Location is definitely fantastic having ease of access to DT but without the hassle of parking. Neighborhood is safe - never had any issues. As far as the facility, it is very well maintained and the local staff is friendly and responsive. Garage parking is a nice option as well. Amenities - the gym and Amazon box was super convenient. Returning packages at Whole Foods was also a hidden perk directly across the street. Noise wise I had variable positive and negative experiences, but the negative experiences were very bad, which led to reporting to Property Management and potential for escalation to Police. Lots of college drunks running around on the weekends. Being close to the University, the atmosphere can be quite young, but there are certainly all ages that live here. Really depends on the location of the unit and your neighbors. Caution avoiding a unit near a main entrance as the door slamming and voices carry down the open hallways. Seemed the Braxton Mx Team could never seemingly figure out how to install doors properly that didn't break or create constantly loud slamming noise.
