I absolutely love this complex and the community here! Maintenance is amazing and Natalie is always so responsive and helpful. I would recommend this place to any and all of my friends!

We have lived here for 1 year now. And It has been by far the best apartment experience we have had. Natalie and Jio are an amazing (wonder) team and have made us feel welcome and at home despite the large complex. Any concerns are addressed immediately and the wait time (for the few) maintenance requests has been little to none. The amenities are great and you can’t beat the location! Thanks for making our experience memorable.

I recently renewed at Braxton Apartments. I love my apartment where the French doors face beautiful trees and privacy. Natalie and Jilo have been so kind and helpful. That makes all the difference in a leasing office. The staff plan out and serve fun breakfasts and parties for the tenants and love your pets. The location is in walking distance to Trax, our dentist and doctors office. Not to mention across the street from Trolley Square, Whole foods, Smiths, Trader Joe's, and Ross. There is a great Thai restaurant and small cottage diner on the corner and Tuccis shares a parking lot. The area is still residential and feels secured and safe. In other words you couldn't ask for a better location!

I moved in just under a month ago from out of state, and so far, my experience has been wonderful. After visiting SLC in June and having all those properties fall through, I was nervous about choosing a place, sight unseen. However, Natalie was absolutely the greatest human on the planet, patiently answering all of my questions and helping me with all the logistics of choosing the right unit, setting up utilities, etc. She responded quickly to my concerns and queries, and also made sure to check in with me as my moving day approached. Move-in-day itself was as smooth as possible (and included a lovely welcome gift), and the few maintenance issues I noticed where IMMEDIATELY dealt with (within the hour!!). Thus far, there have been no surprises, only a very comfortable apartment space, and a location that is even better than I realized for access to amenities, transit, and lovely walks. It is also a quiet location, overall, which I greatly appreciate!
