DO NOT MOVE HERE. You can find way nicer buildings with way better management for much cheaper. Throughout my 12 month lease we had a toilet issue that took management over a month to fix leaving our apartment smelling like raw sewage on and off, our A/C unit went out in the middle of the summer, we had FIVE leaks including one under our kitchen sink (a week after they supposedly checked for leaks) and another coming from multiple floors above us, our dishwasher completely went out, and we had a door fall off that they charged us for although the hinges were held up by tiny screws. We had maintenance in and out of our unit almost weekly for the last 6 months of our lease completely destroying any sense of privacy and youâd be correct if you guessed we never got any sort of reimbursement or refund for any of it. Nor do I feel there was any sense of urgency in fixing anything. It was a miserable living experience. The cherry on top was getting charged cleaning fees that should have come out of the deposit although we left the apartment spotless.

I couldnât be happier with my experience at Braxton! From day one, the management team has gone above and beyond to make this place feel like home. Theyâre incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely care about residentsâ well-being and satisfaction, always addressing any questions or needs promptly and with a friendly attitude. The property is clean, well-maintained, and secure, with nice amenities. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable welcoming home, conveniently located with outstanding management.

I think this is a really great place, it has everything, pool hot tub and grills. It is nice and quiet and in a great location. My only complaints are the parking is an additional $60 a month and the dumpsters are hard to access.

I really enjoy these apartments, in a great location for fun, groceries, etc. The pool is very nice and the apartment complex is well kept up. The rooms are priced well and provide a great space.

Our time at The Braxton has been great. It feels safe and comfortable and is easily walkable to major conveniences like grocery stores, restaurants and Trax. Amenities like the pool and gym are really nice. Covered secure parking is awesome. Maintenance had a very quick response in addressing an AC problem. The managementâs communication about the work timeline was much appreciated, too!
