Management is always so nice and quick to answer our problems! Maintenance is constantly checking the pool and hot tub to make sure it's safe and Natalie responds to emails ASAP. There's been issues with security in the past with the garage but I haven't heard anything recently plus they installed cameras, so you can tell they listen to us when we have concerns.

Natalie has been so helpful with the process of applying all the way to movie in!! Perfect place for students to live off campus close to trax and grocery...

I have never experienced such an AMAZING management team! I recently was promoted and will be relocating to Texas and was extremely worried about breaking my lease and finding a new apartment. I called Natalie sick to my stomach because I have loved living at Braxton so much, and she instantly told me to not worry and gave me my options. She was so understanding, and was so excited with me about my promotion and helped talk me through everything! I firmly believe that the Braxton is so lucky to have Natalie and Jio running the complex! Not only is the management team AMAZING the location is incredible and the community amenities are beautiful! Iâm sad to be leaving, but I highly recommend Braxton to anyone!

Iâve been living here for almost a year and we just renewed our lease! This is a great location and the staff are very friendly!

Iâve been living at Braxton for almost a year now and iâve really liked it! I have a 3 bed and the rooms are all pretty spacious! The kitchen is newly renovated and I havenât had any issues! The few things we did need work on were fixed quickly! Location is great and parking garage is super helpful! Also love the pool and courtyard! Great outdoor spaces makes living in the city feel more homey!
