Iâve been living at Braxton for almost a year now and iâve really liked it! I have a 3 bed and the rooms are all pretty spacious! The kitchen is newly renovated and I havenât had any issues! The few things we did need work on were fixed quickly! Location is great and parking garage is super helpful!

Living at the Braxton has been the best! From the maintenance staff (Jio) to the property manager (Natalie) everyone here is amazing and goes out of their way to ensure you are satisfied! I love it here! Highly recommend to anyone looking!

My roommates and I have lived here for almost 3 years. It's a great location and the rent is decent enough. The staff have always been very friendly and attentive to maintenance and other needs. Of course, no place is without its issues; the security of the gates and garage can be questionable as they often break down, and even though we pay for a spot in the covered garage they offer no real security. A neighboring car got broken into and it took a week for anyone to come even pick up the glass on the ground. Other than those gate issues, though, the place is wonderful! I've been very happy with our stay here.

I truly enjoy living at Braxton at Trolley Square! The appliances in my apartment are updated and there is a gym I can go to in the complex. Itâs also central to groceries, trax, and close to The U! The things that need improvement, to me, are parking prices and gate technology. I would feel safer if tenants would shut the gates each time leaving the building and reserved parking does not come with your lease unless you pay extra.

When I moved in the apartment was extremely filthy. The balcony doors were broken, carpets and flooring were disgusting (we had to clean it ourselves). There were used toothpicks and floss all over the rooms. There was gunk in all the kitchen cabinets that I had to scrape out myself. There was a huge hump on the floor where the previous tenants had destroyed. There was dust everywhere as well. I took my complaints to the manager at the time, who said she saw when they cleaned the apartment. But when we showed her pictures of everything, she sent a cleaning lady who did not come with sufficient cleaning supplies to clean everything that needed cleaning. I was told that the cleaning staff had told management not to rent out that apartment since the previous tenants destroyed it, but obviously management didnât care. When we moved out, we received almost none of our deposit back, despite leaving the apartment MUCH cleaner than we found it. When I brought this up to the new manager at the time with evidence, she told me she would look into it and just never got back to me. The only good thing about the apartment was the quickness of the maintenance staff, and the location. The two managers we had during our time were nice, but given everything that happened with the move in and move out process, I would NOT recommend this apartment complex.

I have lived at Braxton for two years. While it's not the best place to live it is not the worst either. The complex is pretty dated compared to other apartment complexes in downtown Salt Lake. You are paying more for the location. There really isn't a sense of community here. The only time I ran into anyone living here was in the parking garage or in the gym rarely. The parking garage is mediocre. The numerous pigeons taking a dump on your car every time you walk out to it in the mornings is awesome. The garage door breaks numerous times a month. The only nice thing about the complex is it is right across the street from whole foods. Other than that, I wouldn't recommend.
