So far nothing but a great experience moving into the Braxton. Have been here a week to the day, and have already had quick service to fix some small issues. Looking forward to living in this great area and having a great apartment to live in. Couldn't be happier with our sight unseen move from out of state! 12 month edit: My experience at the Braxton was lovely. No complaints other than some small issues with the appliances and showers. The staff was always happy, attentive, and responded quickly to issues (shoutout to Natalie and Gio!). I personally had no issues with noise at any point and there were no bugs, leaks, or drafty windows that we experienced. I would recommend this complex to anyone in that would like to live near the Liberty Park/Trolley Square area. I was in apartment 308 and it was just about the perfect spot in the complex. Attached was the view from the patio.

Natalie and Jio are a dream team here! I have lived here for about 9 months and have had zero issues with two lives within the same complex! It is maintained meticulously and managed with perfection!!

The staff at The Braxton are great and so helpful! They are responsive and make sure that tenants are taken care of. I've never had a complaint or issue while living here. It's a beautiful complex as well!
