I want to give a huge thank you to the maintenance team here, specifically Erick! He is always incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful whenever anything comes up. It really makes a huge difference living in a place where maintenance issues are handled quickly and with care. His positive attitude and reliability are a big part of what makes this apartment community such a great place to live. Very much appreciated, Erick! Adding to this, living at Braxton has just been an overall great experience. I want to recognize Alexis for doing such a great job managing this community. From the initial tour, to move in, to move out and everything in between, she is always helpful, responsive, and professional. She truly goes above and beyond for the residents here, and it's clear that she genuinely cares about the resident experience. As a parent who did thorough research in the area and visited a ton of complexes, I highly recommend Braxton for your student experience!

It is so disappointing to see what the owners have done to this building!!! I lived here 20 Years ago and now that my son was looking for a place to rent we went to look at renting here. The living conditions are unimaginable for someone living in the U.S.! We were offered a room that you might be able to fit a twin bed. No room for a desk. No living space other than a nasty refrigerator, sink, and stove. 0 counters!! I swear people living in jail have it better than here! The owners are only in it to make a buck and don't care about the living conditions of their tenants! They don't deserve the 1 star someone should call the housing authority on them!

Probably the best apartment community in SLC! All the staff is great, including Alexis and Erick who go above and beyond for everything. Everything is well maintained and location is unbeatable. There are only amazing things to say about this community!

The maintenance team here is curteous and quick to respond. Specifically, Erick is so kind and always goes above and beyond to make sure any problems are taken care of in a timely manner. It's great to live in a complex with such a responsive/dependable team!

Eric came as soon as I had requested the maintenance issue for the dryer not working. The dry was fixed quickly and efficiently.
