I love living here itâs nice and well maintained and the management team has done a truly amazing job making this place safe and taking care of their residents. I also want to give a special shoutout to the maintenance team they are so kind, quick, and efficient. I submitted a maintenance request this morning and it was fixed by the afternoon. Theyâre awesome.

Lived at Braxton for 2.5 years. Location is definitely fantastic having ease of access to DT but without the hassle of parking. Neighborhood is safe - never had any issues. As far as the facility, it is very well maintained and the local staff is friendly and responsive. Garage parking is a nice option as well. Amenities - the gym and Amazon box was super convenient. Returning packages at Whole Foods was also a hidden perk directly across the street. Noise wise I had variable positive and negative experiences. Being close to the University, the atmosphere can be quite young, but there are certainly all ages that live here. Really depends on the location of the unit and your neighbors. Caution avoiding a unit near a main entrance as the door slamming and voices carry down the open hallways. Overall positive experience!

Every time I visit Braxton at trolley Square in Salt Lake City, Alexis is consistently kind, courteous, , and welcoming. She has a great attitude and is always willing to help, which makes a real difference for the community and residents. I really appreciate it.
