The management here is amazing! They are so on top of things. They are always kind, understanding, and make working with them such a pleasure. Alexis truly is one of the best property managers I have ever worked with.

Living at the Braxton has been great. The Property Manager Alexis was amazing during my move in and has been since. Eric the Maintenance Supervisor is quick and through with maintenance requests. They both communicate very well. I look forward to living here for years to come.

I want to give a huge thank you to the maintenance team here, specifically Erick! He is always incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful whenever anything comes up. It really makes a huge difference living in a place where maintenance issues are handled quickly and with care. His positive attitude and reliability are a big part of what makes this apartment community such a great place to live. Very much appreciated, Erick! Adding to this, living at Braxton has just been an overall great experience. I want to recognize Alexis for doing such a great job managing this community. From the initial tour, to move in, to move out and everything in between, she is always helpful, responsive, and professional. She truly goes above and beyond for the residents here, and it's clear that she genuinely cares about the resident experience. As a parent who did thorough research in the area and visited a ton of complexes, I highly recommend Braxton for your student experience!

Probably the best apartment community in SLC! All the staff is great, including Alexis and Erick who go above and beyond for everything. Everything is well maintained and location is unbeatable. There are only amazing things to say about this community!
